I have really gotten into essential oils lately, so I have been trying to get different oils. Lemongrass was next on my list and it is a great oil. It smells lemony and like cut grass together but also like a lemon drop candy. Plant Guru is a great brand with quality oils. They are very reasonably priced and a great way to start your oil collection.
Some of the things this oil is great for are, it supports healthy digestion, soothes aching muscles and tendons, purifies and tones skin, repels insects. It also helps emotionally, mentally, and spiritually to cleanse, helps with stress, anti-microbial properties,anti-inflammatory, it is effective in controlling a fever caused by infection, headaches, heartburn, water retention, fatigue, insomnia and body odor. You can mix Lemongrass with different oils and make a blend like Basil, Cedar Wood, Coriander, Geranium, Jasmine, Lavender, Clove and Tea Tree. It works great defused, rub on the bottom of your feet, on the back of your neck or just a few drops in your palms and inhale. It is recommended to use a carrier oil like coconut oil with any oil when first trying it out to make sure you don't have a bad reaction. I'm very happy with this brand and this oil. I think anyone that gets it would be happy with it too. It's nice to find ways to treat health problems with out taking pills.
